This beginner-level immersion is where your journey begins — a return to your body’s natural rhythm and the foundation for all deeper breathwork to come.

Across six hours, you’ll explore the Primer Breaths — four core breathing techniques that reconnect you to your breath and help you understand its profound impact on your body, mind, and emotions. You’ll learn about the four aspects of the breath, the basic anatomy of breathing, and why this simple act is one of the most powerful tools for regulation, clarity, and vitality.

We’ll combine guided practice, gentle movement, and foundational pranayama to help you experience how posture, stress, and awareness all influence the breath. These techniques are practical and immediately useful — helping you calm the nervous system, improve sleep, ease anxiety, and regulate emotions in daily life.
