Level 2: Bridging Breath

A Six-Hour Immersion into Deeper Breathing Practices

Building on the foundations of Level 1, this course bridges the gap between basic awareness and more advanced breath practices — helping you move from simply breathing to consciously working with your breath as a tool for change.

Across six hours, you’ll deepen your understanding of pranayama and explore a series of bridging techniques that expand your capacity for calm, energy, and emotional balance. We’ll revisit the four aspects of the breath and build on the Primer Breaths, designed to regulate the nervous system, strengthen focus, and bring steadiness to the mind.

You’ll also begin to work with breath ratios, gentle retentions, and guided sequencing, learning how to create rhythm and coherence between the body and mind. This stage is where awareness becomes integration — where you start to feel how breath can shift energy, transform mood, and support conscious living.
