Level 3 is where your personal breath practice evolves into embodied leadership. Over two full days, you’ll deepen your understanding of pranayama and learn how to safely, confidently, and creatively guide others through breathwork in any setting.
This training is rooted in traditional pranayama, functional breathing, and the nervous-system science behind breath. Rather than relying on dramatic, high-intensity techniques, you’ll learn the depth, potency, and versatility of breath practices that have been used for thousands of years — practices that can be integrated into any modality and offered to any client.
This immersion is designed for yoga teachers, wellness practitioners, space holders, coaches, or anyone who wants to guide others through breathing in a safe, grounded and effective way. You do not need experience teaching breathwork — only a genuine desire to learn.
Across two days, you’ll explore:
Understanding deeper breath ratios and retentions (kumbhaka)
How pranayama influences the mind, energy body, and nervous system
Working safely with advanced techniques and knowing when to modify
How to confidently teach foundational & intermediate breathing techniques
Cueing, sequencing and structuring breath practices for any environment
How to observe breath patterns and support healthier breathing
How to integrate breath into yoga, meditation, sound healing, bodywork, coaching, and retreats
How to create breath-led experiences that regulate, settle, energise, or focus
Trauma-informed considerations for guiding breath
Working with emotions, somatic release, and regulation
Managing group energy and creating safe containers for all people
Private sessions (1:1)
Group classes
Workshops & retreats

Most breathwork trainings focus only on intense cathartic journeys.
This one teaches you something far more powerful:
How to use breath as a tool for every person, every day, in every setting.
You’ll learn how to guide breath in ways that:
regulate stress
support emotional balance
deepen meditation and yoga
improve sleep and energy
create more presence
help clients reconnect to their body
You’ll graduate not just as someone who “leads breathwork,” but as a breath-informed facilitator who can bring these ancient practices into any space where humans gather to heal, learn, or grow.
